Feb half term:

18-23rd Feb

During this time no orders will be processed or shipped.   We will be preparing orders again on the 24th February. For parties 22/23rd Feb please order before the 16th Feb. For parties 1/2nd March please order before 24th Feb so the order can be prepared and shipped on our return.

Dispatch Times

 Every effort is made to ensure the lead time is a little as possible however during busy times this can't always be done. Please note that proof of postage and a tracking number is obtained for all items. If an item does get lost. 

All orders are shipped in party date order so if you have ordered in advance please note we will dispatch your order as soon as we can and within plenty of time of your party. Please take a look at the top of the home page of the website for cut off times for orders. 

Do you accept returns?

Sometimes you just order something and change your mind, or perhaps some of your party guests didn’t show up and you have bags left over, this is ok all I ask is that if you decide to return something for a refund the following conditions are met:

- Please drop me an email first to arrange this to: orders@ecopartybag.co.uk  

Eco Party Bag will not be held responsible for return shipping costs of goods. 

All items must be returned in an unused, saleable, condition within 30 days of first receiving them. 

Please note that unfortunately personalised items cannot be returned and refunded.

What is in the wildflower mix?

I need to add more items to my order, can I do this without paying postage again?

That is not a problem. As long as your order hasn't been dispatched then send Eco Party Bag a message and they  will arrange a discount code for you to enter when placing your order.

Made from recycled biodegradable, earth friendly paper.

Each bombs contains around 30 seeds, however please note that not all the seeds listed are in each bomb. Simple to sow and quick to grow March - Sept.
